What we collect
Your name, mobile number, optional email and city, your bank/NBFC and loan details, what happened, the amounts you report, your narrative, the documents you upload, and your payment reference and screenshot.
How documents are stored
All uploads go into a private storage area. They are never public and have no shareable public link. Only our authorised case team can open them, through short-lived secure links.
Amounts you report
Every amount in your case is recorded as citizen-reported and subject to legal review. We do not verify or certify these figures, and reporting an amount does not create any entitlement.
Your consent
By submitting, you confirm the information is true to your knowledge, and you allow our team to use it to prepare drafts, letters and complaint documents for you. You can ask us to delete your case data by writing to us with your Case ID.
Payments
₹999 is a one-time case-preparation fee. It is not a success fee and it does not guarantee recovery, refund, compensation or any outcome. Manual UPI payments are verified by our team against your UTR and screenshot.
